Ester and Anthony moved to their property eight years ago to build a sustainable living garden. They needed more space having outgrown their suburban yard where they cultivated tuberoses as cut flowers. Starting as a jungle, full with large trees, shrubs and vines they have created designated theme gardens around bromeliads, fruit trees, frangipanis and enjoying the changing colours of the flowers and foliage. The vision is to build a retreat with edibles and medicinal herbs for sharing and teaching others how to utilise.
Cooking demonstrations using garden produce will be held at 11am and 2pm. Food tastings will also be available. A variety of plants will be for sale including bromeliads, caladiums and other decorative plants.
